In the last few months I have been looking at ways to get my books and cards into the market place. I have tried small shops with limited success. I have now started up an online shop at http://paperwonder.etsy.com. Please go check it out. Above you can see some of the stuff that is in the shop. Thanks for your support over the years.

Long Time No See

I have been having a busy few months as a book maker. I recently started selling books in a paper museum's gift shop in Taipei. It is located on Chang An East Road. The shop is called the Suho Paper Museum. The website can be seen at http://www.suhopaper.org.tw . If you are in the neighborhood check them out.
I have also been working on my art and cards. I am putting some new ones up on my Flickr account. Check them out.

I Sold A Picture

I had put several of my pictures in a gallery in Morden, MB Canada. The one you see here has sold. They have been there for about a year. I am so happy to hear that it sold. Praise the Lord.
I will have a couple of pictures on display at a multi artist exhibit in the near future. Pray that goes well.

Book Exhibition

The book exhibition went well. I sold a few books and made some contacts for the future. In the pictures you see some of latest paper paintings, the kids in my crafts class at the Chinese church, and one lady from Finland who is in our church. She bought one of my books. Behind us is my display at the bookstore.

For the next few weeks my handmade books will be on exhibition (and for sale) at a bookstore in Kaohsiung. The poster for the exhibit is what you see here. Pray it goes well. And if you are in Kaohsiung call me and I will give you directions.

These are books made by the loving hands of Leanne Hildebrand. They are cut, glued and bound together by hand.

Handmade Cards

These cards were made by Leanne Hildebrand. A similar technique was used as was used for the paintings above. The pictures on the front of the cards were created by taking small pieces of paper and shaping them and then gluing them to the card base.
